Chocochip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g powdered sugar (or granulated sugar)
- 25 g cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g ready-to-use chocochips for toppings
(can be substituted with 100 g roasted chopped cashews, almonds, or chocolate sprinkles)
Cooking instructions:
1. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda together.
2. Make a well in the center of the sifted ingredients.
3. Add the sugar, egg, salt, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
4. Add the margarine and knead the dough until evenly combined.
5. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour (do not freeze).
6. Shape the dough into small balls and arrange them on a greased baking tray.
7. Press each ball slightly with a fork and decorate with chocochips.
8. Bake in a preheated oven for 10–15 minutes (depending on oven temperature).
9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool. They will become crispier as they cool.
