January 24, 2025, the administrative and academic services for FBS
UNESA students is centralized in Building T14, 2nd Floor. For 24-hour document administration services, FBS UNESA has introduced the SIYAP 24 System.
Here’s how to use it: 1. Access the SIYAP 24 page via the link https://unesa.me/SIYAP24 or by scanning the provided QR code. 2. Download the desired document template. 3. Fill out the template according to the instructions. 4.
Upload the completed template through the link provided on the SIYAP 24
page. Make sure to include your identity details for processing. 5. Wait for up to 24 hours (working hours) to receive the processed document via email.
For non-standard documents not available on SIYAP 24, please visit the Academic Office at FBS directly. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact the Academic Office via WhatsApp at 0856-17000-59.
